28. Fees

The Registrar shall not be required to do any act or permit any act to be done in respect of which any fee is specified or fixed except on payment of that fee.

“Registrar” means the Registrar or the Deputy Registrar of Deeds appointed under this Act;

All fees taken by the Registrar under this Act shall be accounted for by him and paid into the Consolidated Fund.
