Section 20

Record of official searches

(1)

Where any official search has been made under this Act, a record of the result of the search must be preserved at the Registry.

(2)

The Registrar must give a certificate of that result to any person requiring it and must sign the certificate and endorse it with his or her seal, and every certificate so signed and sealed is receivable in evidence.
