These Regulations are the Regulation of Imports and Exports (Prescribed Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 29 September 2026.

reg 2Amendment of Schedule

In the Regulation of Imports and Exports (Prescribed Fees) Regulations (Rg 5), in the Schedule, delete items 1 to 4.
