Return of permits

A person to whom a permit has been granted in respect of any goods shall return the permit —
(a)
in the case where the goods have been imported by sea or by air under the permit, to the shipping or airline agent, respectively, within 10 days of import;
(b)
in the case where the goods have been exported by sea or by air under the permit, to the shipping or airline agent, respectively, within 7 days of export; or (c)in the case where the goods have been imported or exported by road or by rail, to the proper officer of customs at the relevant customs checkpoint at the point of import or export.

Subregulation 2
Any person who contravenes this regulation shall be guilty of an offence.
