Regulation 13

Nationality of vessel or aircraft

For the purposes of regulations 11 and 12 —

(a)

any vessel or aircraft registered in any country shall be considered as having the nationality of that country; and

(b)

any vessel or aircraft registered in a dependency or territory of any country shall be considered as having the nationality of that country.
