3. Application for trade information certificate
Feedback & supportAn application for a trade information certificate under these Regulations must comply with —
(a)
the requirements in —
(i)
if the application is made to the Director‑General — regulation 6; and
(ii)
if the application is made to an authorised certificate issuer — regulation 9; and
(b)
any other requirements for the application specified in Parts 5 to 11 applicable to the class, description or type of trade information certificate applied for.
