reg 30Forwarding of import certificate

An importer of any goods in respect of which an import certificate has been issued must —

(a)

forward the original import certificate to the foreign exporter of the goods;

(b)

import all the goods before the expiry of the validity period of the import certificate (including any extension of the validity period under regulation 28); and

(c)

state the serial number of the import certificate in the application for an import permit under regulation 4 of the RIER.
