—(1) The Director-General may, after considering an application for a trade information certificate mentioned in regulation 6(1) —(a)grant the application and issue the trade information certificate; or(b)refuse to grant the application,as the Director-General thinks appropriate. (1)

The Director-General may, after considering an application for a trade information certificate mentioned in regulation 6(1) —

(a)

grant the application and issue the trade information certificate; or

(b)

refuse to grant the application,as the Director-General thinks appropriate. (2) In issuing a trade information certificate under paragraph (1)(a), the Director‑General may impose any condition on the trade information certificate that the Director‑General may determine.

A trade information certificate issued by the Director‑General in respect of any goods may be in any form determined by the Director‑General.

Subregulation 1

The Director-General may, after considering an application for a trade information certificate mentioned in regulation 6(1) —

(a)

grant the application and issue the trade information certificate; or

(b)

refuse to grant the application,as the Director-General thinks appropriate.

Subregulation 2

In issuing a trade information certificate under paragraph (1)(a), the Director‑General may impose any condition on the trade information certificate that the Director‑General may determine.

Subregulation 3

A trade information certificate issued by the Director‑General in respect of any goods may be in any form determined by the Director‑General.
