14. Forfeiture of goods to include packages, etc.
Feedback & supportThe provisions of this Act relating to the seizure and forfeiture of goods apply also to any packages in which the goods are found and to all the contents thereof and to any article used to conceal the goods.

“goods” means any movable or personal property whatsoever but does not include choses in action and money (except for a collector’s piece, an investment article or item of numismatic interest and currency notes imported or exported in substantial quantities);
