2. Interpretation
Feedback & supportIn this Act, unless it is otherwise provided or the context otherwise requires —“Head of State” means the President of Singapore;“Legislature” or “Legislature of Singapore” means the President and the Parliament of Singapore;“Singapore” means the Republic of Singapore.
