Section 33
(1)
Proceedings before a Compensation Board must be conducted in accordance with such directions as the Board may issue from time to time.
(2)
Where a Compensation Board is divided in opinion on a question, the question must be decided according to the decision of the majority of the Compensation Board, and if there is no such majority decision, according to the decision of the Commissioner.
(3)
A decision of a Compensation Board must be signed by the Commissioner and must be delivered by the Commissioner or by a member of the Board on the Commissioner’s direction.
