Regulations
(1)
The Minister may make regulations for the purposes of carrying out any of the provisions of this Act.
(2)
Such regulations may contain such provisions as the Minister may consider necessary or expedient for the purpose of preventing the frustration or evasion of the provisions of this Act.
(3)
All such regulations must be published in the Gazette and must be presented to Parliament as soon as possible after publication.
