Citation
This Notification may be cited as the Residential Property (Exemption) Notification.
Exemption
Any land acquired by a developer appointed under section 4 of the Executive Condominium Housing Scheme Act (Cap. 99A) for the development of housing accommodation under the executive condominium scheme is exempted from the provisions of the Act.
