23N. Prescribed deposit mark

The Minister may prescribe any logo, marking or text, or any combination thereof, as a deposit mark for the purpose of being affixed on a beverage container so as to identify the beverage container as one for which a deposit will be refunded upon acceptance of the beverage container at a return point.
