25. Prescribed buildings

The Minister may prescribe any building to be a prescribed building for the purposes of this Part.

“prescribed building” means any class of buildings prescribed to be subject to this Part;

A prescription under subsection (1) may be specific or by way of any class, type or description of buildings.
