111. Rules for purposes of this Part

(1)
The Authority may make any rules as it may consider expedient for the purposes of this Part.
(2)
Any rules made under subsection (1) may provide that any contravention of any provision of the rules shall be an offence punishable with a fine not exceeding $10,000.
