Section 34C
The Authority may install or cause to be installed on any road in respect of which a road-user charge is levied under this Part any electronic or computerised or other facilities that the Authority thinks fit for the purpose of collecting the road-user charge and may also install or cause to be installed any ancillary facilities that the Authority thinks necessary.
