Amendment of section 77

Subsection (2) of section 77 of the Ordinance is hereby amended —

(a)

by deleting the expression “; or” appearing at the end of paragraph (f) thereof and substituting therefor a comma; and

(b)

by deleting paragraph (g) thereof.
