Amendment of section 41
Section 41 of the Ordinance is hereby amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “police officer” appearing in the fifth line of subsection (1) thereof, the words “or the Registrar or any officer authorized in writing in that behalf by the Registrar on production of his authority”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the words “Deputy Commissioner of Police” wherever they appear in subsections (1), (2), (3) and (4) thereof, the words “or the Registrar”.
