Amendment of section 83

Section 83 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “7 days” in subsection (3)(a)(i) and substituting the words “14 days”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the words “set out in” in the definition of “specified offence” in subsection (6), the words “Part II of”.
