Clause 18

Section 34D(1) of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph (b), the following paragraph:“(ba)empowering the Registrar and any officer authorised by the Registrar to prohibit the entry into or exit from Singapore of any foreign vehicle if any unpaid road‑user charges under this Act in respect of that vehicle is in arrears;”.
