Amendment of section 69

Section 69 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “breath test” in subsections (1), (3) and (5)(a) and (b) and substituting in each case the words “preliminary breath test”; and

(b)

by deleting the section heading and substituting the following section heading:“Preliminary breath tests”.
