Citation
This Notification is the Road Traffic (Authorisation of Use) Notification 2026.
Authorised use of vehicle
Subject to sub‑paragraph (2), the vehicle which has the registration number SPJ9661R, and which does not comply with the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Construction and Use) Rules (R 9), is authorised for use on the specified road delineated by a black‑coloured line in the map set out in the Schedule from 2.45 p.m. to 4.15 p.m. on 30 August 2026.
The authorisation in sub‑paragraph (1) is subject to the following conditions:
there must be in force at all times a policy of insurance, in relation to the vehicle, insuring against any liability in respect of any damage to any property or the death of, or bodily injury sustained by, any person caused by or arising out of the use of the vehicle;
there must, at all times, be a valid special purpose licence issued under section 28A(3) of the Act in respect of the vehicle.
