In the principal Order, in paragraph 5 —

(a)

in the paragraph heading, replace “mobility scooter or motorised wheelchair drivers” with “mobility vehicle drivers or riders”;

(b)

replace “drives a mobility scooter or motorised wheelchair” with “drives or rides a mobility vehicle”;

(c)

replace “in connection with Car‑Free Weekend” with “in connection with any Car‑Free event”; (d)in sub-paragraphs (a), (b), (d) and (e), replace “mobility scooter or motorised wheelchair” wherever it appears with “mobility vehicle”;

(e)

in sub‑paragraph (a), after “driven”, insert “or ridden”;

(f)

in sub‑paragraph (a), replace “10 km/h” with “6 km/h”;

(g)

in sub‑paragraph (b)(ii)(A), replace “Car‑Free Weekend” with “the Car‑Free event”;

(h)

delete sub‑paragraph (c); and

(i)

in sub-paragraphs (d) and (e), after “drives”, insert “or rides”.
