5. Amendment of paragraph 4

In the principal Order, in paragraph 4 —

(a)

replace “in connection with Car‑Free Weekend” with “in connection with any Car‑Free event”; and

(b)

in sub‑paragraph (b)(ii)(A), replace “Car‑Free Weekend” with “the Car‑Free event”.
