Regulation 95
Subregulation 1
Every omnibus registered on or after 1st July 1980 with a carrying capacity of at least 50 persons shall be equipped with an automatic or a semi-automatic transmission system.
Subregulation 2
Paragraph (1) shall not apply to a vehicle which has been registered outside Singapore.
