Citation and commencement

This Order is the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) (Exemption for Vehicles More Than 3 Years Old) (No. 2) Order 2026 and comes into operation on 10 August 2026.

Regulation 2

Exemption

Rule 5(1) of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) Rules (R 5) does not apply to —

(a)

the vehicle bearing the engine number HA0002N0I318B353 and chassis number WBY32AW030FN62698 that is registered in the name of Chong Feng Hua, Tommy; and

(b)

the vehicle bearing the engine number F140GA529157 and chassis number ZFF97CMC000282097 that is registered in the name of Ng Yung Chuan, Sean.
