reg 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) (Exemption) Order 2010 and shall come into operation on 27th July 2010.

reg 2Exemption

Rule 5(1) of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) Rules (R 5) shall not apply to the vehicle belonging to Michelle Yap Yuin Shien and bearing the engine number 72013988N52B25AE and chassis number WBABU12070LH57363.
