Rule 5(1) of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) Rules (R 5) shall not apply to the vehicle belonging to Michelle Yap Yuin Shien and bearing the engine number 72013988N52B25AE and chassis number WBABU12070LH57363.
