Paid drivers to attend when required

Clause 18
(1)
Every paid driver shall, if so required in writing by the Registrar, attend at the office of the Registrar, and, if so required, shall permit impressions of his fingers to be taken and produce his driving licence.
(2)
Any person who, without reasonable cause, fails to comply with the requirements of this section shall be guilty of an offence under this Ordinance.
