Transfer of public service vehicle licences

Clause 53
(1)
The Registrar may in his discretion permit the transfer of any public service vehicle licence in such manner and on payment of such fee as may be prescribed.
(2)
No such transfer shall take place without the permission in writing of the Registrar.
