Clause 90
Repeal
(1)
The following provisions of the Municipal Ordinance (Cap. 133, (1936 Edition)) are hereby repealed: —
(a)
section 82 and sections 85 to 93 inclusive; and
(b)
Part XIII.
(2)
The following provisions of the Local Government Ordinance, 1957 (Ord. 24 of 1957), are hereby repealed: —
(a)
sections 131 to 136 inclusive; and
(b)
Part XII.
(3)
The Road Traffic Ordinance (Cap. 227) is hereby repealed.
