Definitions
of Road Traffic (PPA Asia 500 Leapmotor Singapore Open 2026 — Exemption) Order 2026
In this Order —“chauffeured private hire car” means a motor car that —
does not ply for hire on any road; and
is hired, or made available for hire, under a contract (express or implied) for use as a whole with a driver for the purpose of conveying the hirer, and one or more passengers (if any), in that car;“exempt company” means the company known as Pitcrew Events Private Limited (UEN 200913499H);“PPA 2026” means the event known as the PPA Asia 500 Leapmotor Singapore Open 2026 taking place in Singapore between 23 July 2026 and 26 July 2026 (both dates inclusive), and includes any meeting or social event connected with the event.
