Regulation 12
Subregulation 1
The Registrar or an authorised officer may examine a public service vehicle.
Subregulation 2
If any person obstructs the Registrar or the authorised officer in the exercise of his powers and duties under this rule, the person shall be guilty of an offence under these Rules.
