Regulation 33
Subregulation 1
Except with the written permission of the Registrar, no person shall ply for hire or cause or permit to be plied for hire an excursion bus for the purpose of gain on any road or parking place or from a public stand.
Subregulation 2
Every excursion bus shall be hired out from a garage or place approved by the Registrar.
