Regulation 36
Subregulation 1
An excursion bus may be used for the conveyance of adult workers or as a private hire bus.
Subregulation 2
The provisions of Part VIII shall apply, with the necessary modifications, to an excursion bus which is being used for the conveyance of adult workers or as a private hire bus.
