Markings of passenger capacity
Subregulation 1
A public service vehicle shall have the number of passengers which that vehicle is licensed to carry and such other figures and words painted on the vehicle as the Registrar may direct.
Subregulation 2
Paragraph (1) shall not apply to a private hire car.
