Regulation 26B
No standing in carriageway at bus stop, etc.

A person must not stand on or be present in any part of an area of a carriageway at a bus stop, bus terminus, taxi stand, taxi stop or P2P stop if —
(a)
that area is meant for an omnibus, taxi or chauffeured private hire car (as the case may be) to pick up or set down passengers, and is marked on the road by means of yellow lines or, in the case of a P2P stop, by blue lines; and
(b)
a bus stand or pavement is adjacent to that area.
