Alteration of affidavit (O. 15, r. 26)

Subregulation 1

An affidavit may be altered after it has been affirmed but not filed in Court if the affidavit is re‑affirmed before a commissioner for oaths.

A maker of an affidavit which has been filed in Court may correct any mistakes in that affidavit by making another affidavit.
