Citation and commencement

Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Sale of Food (Appeal to Minister — Prescribed Period) Regulations 2018 and come into operation on 1 February 2018.
Prescribed period
For the purpose of section 10J(2) of the Act, the prescribed period is 7 days.
