3. Appointment of Licensing Officer

(1)
The Minister may appoint an officer to be the Licensing Officer for the purposes of this Act.

“Licensing Officer” means the officer appointed by the Minister under section 3;

An appointment under subsection (1) must be published in the Gazette.
