16. Transfer of property to governing boards
Feedback & supportWhere a school conducted by a governing board was conducted by the Government immediately before the incorporation of the governing board, the Director‑General may transfer to the governing board any property which immediately before the date of incorporation was property used or held by the Director‑General for the purposes of the school.
