Clause 106

Amendment of section 317

Section 317 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “section 94” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “sections 94 and 99C”; and

(b)

by deleting paragraph (a) of subsection (2) and substituting the following paragraph:“(a)inspect any records kept by the Authority under section 94 or 99C or any prospectus or profile statement lodged with the Authority under Part XIII; or”.
