Clause 108
Section 328(2) of the principal Act is amended by deleting the words “any approved holding company, securities exchange, futures exchange, recognised market operator, exempt market, person operating an exempt market, designated clearing house,” in the definition of “relevant person” and substituting the words “any approved exchange, recognised market operator, exempt market operator, person operating a clearing facility, designated clearing house, approved holding company,”.
