Clause 97

by deleting the words “between the 14th and 21st days (both days inclusive)” in the 2nd line of subsection (6) and substituting the words “within the period prescribed by the Authority”;

by deleting the words “the 14th day from the date of lodgment of the prospectus or profile statement with the Authority” in subsection (6A) and substituting the words “such day from the date of lodgment of the prospectus or profile statement with the Authority as the Authority may prescribe”; and

by inserting, immediately after subsection (6A), the following subsection:“(6AA) For the purposes of subsections (6) and (6A), the Authority may prescribe the same period and day for all offers or different periods and days for different offers.”.
