Amendment of section 172
Section 172 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “an advocate and solicitor” in subsection (4), the words “, or a legal counsel referred to in section 128A of the Evidence Act (Cap. 97)”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the words “An advocate and solicitor” in subsection (5), the words “, or a legal counsel referred to in section 128A of the Evidence Act,”.
