Clause 44
Section 232 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “payable to the Authority” in subsection (6) and substituting the words “paid into the Consolidated Fund”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the words “recover the civil penalty” in subsection (7), the words “on behalf of the Government”.
