Application for approval

of Securities and Futures (Approved Holding Companies) Regulations 2005

For the purposes of section 81V(2) of the Act, an application for approval as an approved holding company under section 81V(1) of the Act shall be made in Form 1 and shall be lodged with the Authority together with —

(a)

Forms 2 and 3; and

(b)

any relevant annex and information specified in those Forms.
