Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Securities and Futures (Classes of Investors) (Amendment) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 10 July 2026.
Amendment of Second Schedule
In the Securities and Futures (Classes of Investors) Regulations 2018 (G.N. No. S 665/2018), in the Second Schedule —
delete items 3 and 6;
replace item 14 with —“14.Energy Market Authority of Singapore”;
after item 15, insert —“15A.Gambling Regulatory Authority of Singapore”;
after item 19, insert —“19A.Home Team Science and Technology Agency”;
after item 50, insert —“50A.Singapore Food Agency”;
replace item 60 with —“60.Skills and Workforce Development Agency”; and
delete items 61 and 65.
Amendment of Third Schedule
In the Securities and Futures (Classes of Investors) Regulations 2018, in the Third Schedule —
delete items 9 and 10; and
after item 11, insert —“12.World Bank Group, including the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the International Finance Corporation and the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency”.
