Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Securities and Futures (Classes of Investors) Regulations 2018.(2) Regulations 4 and 5(1) come into operation on 8 October 2018.(3) Regulations 2, 3 and 5(2), (3) and (4) come into operation on 8 January 2019.
Subregulation 1
These Regulations are the Securities and Futures (Classes of Investors) Regulations 2018.
Subregulation 2
Regulations 4 and 5(1) come into operation on 8 October 2018.
Subregulation 3
Regulations 2, 3 and 5(2), (3) and (4) come into operation on 8 January 2019.
